Chi Blocking Master Ty Lee

Here's an older version of Ty Lee, whom has constantly been asked for. But I decided to put her in a modified version of LOK's chi blocking outfit, because I always felt like she started a school or clan or something for it. Or perhaps she taught the other Kyoshi Warriors, that would've really given them a fighting edge.
